Checking in and out
Your room will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.  Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless an arrangement has been made with the hotel proprietor.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.30am from Monday to Saturday and 8.00am to 10.00am on Sunday.  However, a light breakfast can be made available for earlier breakfasts by arrangement with the hotel proprietor.

Cancellations and Amendments
If a cancellation is made 48 hours before due arrival date your deposit is fully refundable.  However, we would appreciate earlier notice, giving us a chance to relet a room.  For larger tours, a deposit of 50% of the full charge is requested and fully refundable if a cancellation is made 6 weeks before the due arrival date.

Complaints or Comments
Please let us know immediately if there is anything wrong with your room or level of service.  We aim to make your stay here with us as pleasant as possible.  We will do our utmost to sort out any problems you may incur.  We would also appreciate a comment in our visitors book upon your departure.

Car Hire
Should you wish to leave your car on the mainland or have decided to fly to the islands, we can arrange car hire for you.  Your car can be waiting for you at either ferry terminal or at Benbecula Airport.  There are a range cars available and cost from £22 per day exclusive of VAT but inclusive of insurance.

Dogs
We do have certain bedrooms where we allow well behaved dogs to stay with you.  This is an additional cost of £5 per night.  Compensation will also be sought if any damage has been caused to any hotel property by your dog.  Please note that animals are not allowed in any of the dining rooms in the hotel but are permitted in the lounge area after 9.30pm and must be kept on a lead at all times.  It is advisable to treat your dog for tics before you arrive on the islands.

Car Parking
Vehicles left in our hotel car park are left at the owners risk and the hotel cannot take any responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles left in the vicinity of the hotel.  However this is a very safe area.
